Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Instrument
Securely pack the guitar in its original gig bag and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument for its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
